Urobakka - Eye of the Four Winds

Urobakka, or also known as Eye of the Four Winds, is a semi-organic, semi-sentient ancient of K'os.

Urobakka has an eye facing North, South, East and West respectively, and mounts on an enchanted obelisk that grows very slowly across geological timescale. Beneath the obelisk, there is a pumping heart that nourishes the eyes with nutrients carried by external arteries. Severing the arteries will kill Urobakka immediately.

Created by the Great Gods (Tuha'ka) to guard key areas of the world, many Urobakka have died out when K'os slowly matures but this one in Kalak'a'hui remains standing tall. This Urobakka has seen the formation of Kalak'a'hui and vowed to serve for the land till the end of time. Because of its fierce loyalty, strangers may find it frustrating to converse with Urobakka.

Urobakka gains its (un)favourable reputation of misleading travelers and distorting prophecies. When one approaches Urobakka, one must face the right eye to ask the right questions for directions or guides. Sometimes the four eyes may have a little argument on their own, and if the argument is not resolved, Urobakka will enter into a catatonic state before hibernating.
